Abstract

Discute as características da Nova Ordem Mundial da Comunicação - NOMIC, mostrando que no mundo contemporâneo, nada existe sem a comunicação através do rádio e da televisão. Admite que na nova sociedade, os meios de comunicação não sejam reforços da alienação, mas, ao contrário, são partes necessárias do movimento da dialética entre os poderosos e os oprimidos, o estado e a sociedade civil.
