Abstract

Não são raros os casos em que a mídia comete erros jornalísticos, convertendo pessoas comuns em autores de atitudes condenáveis pela sociedade ou mesmo criminosos. Do caso da Escola Base (1994) aos dias atuais, muito se viu nessa direção, trazendo para o jornalismo a necessidade da discussão de certas bases conceituais e a conseqüente mudança de procedimentos. O debate ético acerca desses casos é incontornável.
