Este trabalho pretende recuperar o papel da comunicação sindical como alternativa estratégica de informação para classe trabalhadora, levando em conta o impacto das novas tecnologias no meio sindical, particularmente no âmbito do sindicalismo praticado pela Central Única dos Trabalhadores (CUT). Para isso, estuda-se a utilização da Internet pela comunicação sindical bancária no Rio Grande do Sul.
