Abstract

O texto apresenta três caminhos que podem ser úteis para examinar o popular na Bolívia e suas vinculações com a comunicação. Um deles trata das características e variações dos marcos culturais, o outro diz respeito às ações socias que marcaram a rota do popular no país e o último caminho refere-se às experiências comunicativas populares no curso dos desenvolvimentos históricos.
