Media literacy: visão inglesa e uma proposta brasileira

ResumoO uso da TV na escola renova questões sobre a cultura de massa. A in- compatibilidade entre aprendizado e entretenimento é uma questão que precisa ser resolvida. Uma saída pode ser a inclusão de um projeto de media literacy. O estudante pode desenvolver habilidades de leitura para a recepção da TV didática. Uma revisão da proposta britânica e apon- tamentos para um projeto brasileiro são apresentados neste texto.

Resumen
El uso de la televisión en las escuelas renueva los cuestionamientos so- bre la cultura de masa. La incompatibilidad entre aprendizaje y entre- tenimiento es una cuestión por resolver. Una respuesta puede ser la inclusión de un proyecto de liberación a través de los medios de comu- nicación. Lo estudiantes pueden desarrollar facultades literarias para recibir televisión didáctica. La siguiente es una revisión de la propues- ta británica y comentarios para un proyecto brasileíño.

Abstract
The use of television in elementary schools renews old issues about mass culture. The incompatibility between learning and entertainment is a question that must be solved. One answer to this question can be a me dia literacy project. The students can develop literacy skills for the reception of didactic television. This paper is a revision of the British proposal and the comments for a Brazilian project.
